The course contains comprehensive Video, Audio, MP3 and Written Support Materials, as well as electronic templates to build a successful records management business. It includes the information needed to start a Traditional Commercial Records Center but specifically focuses on the FileMan RS-Lite™ Records Storage Model, designed to build a RIM business within the walls of your existing business. There is also a path to move from RS-Lite™ to Traditional over time, should you so desire.


There are 20 Lessons. Each lesson includes an approximately 30 minute Audio Recording and written support materials. The audios are available both on audio CD’s and in MP3 format.
