Coaching and Mentoring Services

No champion has ever reached his greatest achievement without a coach or a mentor. Everyone in life needs one. If you don’t have one … get one. How do you find one? Simple; “When the student is ready … the Teacher will appear”.

Sales requires three things; first, a qualified sales representative, second, a method to sell within, and third, sales management. The coach or mentor formulates the plan and ensures that the strategy and tactics are employed. He also assists the individual in learning the skills required to perform his job. A mentor supports the protégé until he is ready to take flight on his own. The role of a mentor is to allow the protégé to pass the mentor.

FileMan Sales Coaching and Mentoring services include; initial training, testing, observation, critique and coaching over a six to eight week process. These are tailored for each client based on the uniqueness of the sales method, the sales representative(s) and the management process.

The goal is excellent sales representative and more sales on a continuing basis.
